regards only CSA web site, not those ones reachable from the links
present on them and for which CSA is not responsible.
This informative report is
also inspired by the Recommendation n.2/2001, that the European authorities for
the personal data protection had adopted on 17th of May, 2001 to identify
minimum safety measures for personal
data treated online and, in particular, to identify conditions, timing and
nature of the information that the owners of the data processing should provide
to the users when they are connecting to the web site, apart from the aim of
the connection.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The site has the aim to
provide to its receivers, as well as registered companies or not, employees,
organizations, individual ( from now on “users”), both information,
services and the possibility to propose their curricula for job opportunities
related to the Group companies, only with the subscription of a specific
authorization as per D.lgs 196/2003.
Some contents of the site
are reserved only to registered companies, through the use of opportune
credentials of authentication (username and password).
The possible fruition of
these contents, without the credential title, is an illegal use and it can be
prosecuted.

PLACE AND PRINCIPLES OF DATA PROCESSING
The data processing
connected to this web site services take place in the CSA offices and are
supervised by internal trained personnel, or by external person in charge, in
case of maintenance operations.
The data collected during
the use are processed only by authorized persons, with electronic or not
electronic tools, and for the necessary time, in order to reach the aims for
which they have been collected.
In order to prevent the
loss of data and illegal/incorrect uses, specific security measures are applied
to avoid an uncorrected access of third entities or not authorized persons,
according to law obligations.
TYPES OF DATA PROCESSING
Anonymous navigation data
The information systems
and the software procedures of this web site acquire, during their
normal practice, some data, which transmission is implied in the use of
Internet communication protocols.
Such information are not
collected to be associated to specific entities, but to allow the users
identification, through elaboration and association with data hold by third
entities.
This data category
includes the IP addresses or the names of computer domain used by the users
connecting to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) of the required
resources, the request time, the way to submit the request to the server, the
dimension of the answered file, the numeric code related to the reply status of
the server (successful conclusion, error, etc…) and other parameters related to
the operating system and user informatic environment.
These data are not used.
Data supplied by the user
The optional, definite and
wilful mailing to the addresses indicated in this site involves the consecutive
acquisition of the sender address and other personal data, necessary to answer
the requests.
The information supplied
by the user and indispensable to fully use the site services reserved to the
registered companies (personalized navigation, newsletter receiving,
etc) could be communicated to other
entities and, eventually, to external entities interested to the membership
sector and to contact with them, only if
they have given a written authorization from CSA during the registration
request. Otherwise, it is forbidden.
Personalized navigation data
During the personalized
navigation (in the case that the user has done the personalized access to the
site), CSA records, besides std
navigation info, the username supplied by cookie.
These information are
necessary to understand the users requests and to improve the services quality.
COOKIES
A cookie is a small data
file which is sent to the user computer
when he visits a web site for the first time. The file contains elements
able to identify univocally the computer of the user.
The use of the so-called
session cookies (which are not stored in a persistent way on the user
